Captain Paul D.Poirier, age 46, has been in the marine industry for over 30 years. He presently holds an USCG 1600 Ton master Oceans Unlimited license, with numerous endorsements. Captain Poirier's experience includes everything from merchant vessels to private yachts. his specialty, however, sportfishing, with vast experience not only throughout the United States, but in such exotic locations as the Bahamas, Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Mexico, North Africa, Spain and Sweden. Domestically, he has fished both coasts and inland, including Alaska, with his forte being New England Giant Bluefin Tuna and Florida Blue Marlin and Sailfish. Paul has won numerous major tournaments, and whether it's offshore for big game or an Alaskan river for Salmon, his dedication, professionalism, and love of fishing will provide the discriminating client the vacation of a lifetime and Captain Paul the new challenge he is always seeking.
Captain Shawn Olds, age 32, Height 6'8", USCG 100 Ton Master License. Shawn was born and raised in Long Beach, California and has been an avid fisherman aboard the long-range sport fishing vessels based in Southern California, eventually relocating to Florida to pursue a career as a charter boat captain. He has fished aboard several tournament-winning boats, and has successfully fished for wahoo, sailfish, tuna, dolphin, and blue marlin. Shawn currently ventured to Alaska during the summer months to accommodate games fisher clients who would like to pursue halibut and salmon sailing daily from Homer, AK, or try a fly out salmon adventure. Wildlife viewing and remote hunts are available upon request.
